Come dance with us at the dancing playground. Dance has great benefits for every age, and this is movement therapy for any body, any age.
Like a dance party in your living room with friends!

You do not have to know how to dance one single step. No instructions, no directions, no special skills.
Very diverse and eclectic set list including dance music from all over the world, as well as popular artists.

Northgate Community Center 10510 - 5th Avenue NE, Seattle, WA 98125
10:00am PT doors open.  Use the South entrance.
10:20am PT dance starts.
11:40ish music ends followed by a short closing circle.
Noon-12:15pm: clean up and depart!

What's the music like?
We play; dance/funk, Bollywood, 80s, 90s hip hop, new dance releases, world music, swing, zydeco and everything in between. And we have toys like instruments, jump rope, scarves and drums to play with. We also provide yoga mats.
Song requests? Let us know by Thursdays.
Dance Cards - buy 10 dances, get one free.
$150 - $250 sliding scale.
