We have formally reached out to the WA Attorney General’s Office for clarification/next steps. They have acknowledged our request, but we are still awaiting their response. In light of this, and out of an abundance of caution to ensure full compliance with state regulations and nonprofit governance, we feel it is necessary to postpone the planned AD Hoc General Assembly and reschedule it to a later date to vote on fund transfer until we hear back from the AG office.
