- **Event Description**: Join Lucy (Love the Journey Yoga) and Emma Driver at the beautiful Truleigh Centre for an evening of Yoga and Sound on The South Downs. 

What can you expect?
We'll begin with a grounding meditation to allow you to fully arrive on your mat. Lucy will then take you through a stretching and strengthening flowing yoga class, moving with your breath, connecting body, mind and soul. Emma will then lead you into an immersive soundbath using the healing frequencies of Singing Bowls, Gongs & percussion and finally finishing with a sweet treat to ground you at the end of the evening. 
 
When:
November 6th - 18.00 - 20.00

The Truleigh Centre, Mill, Hill, Shoreham-By-Sea

What will be provided?
Mat and bolster

What do you need?
Anything to make you cosy for your soundbath - blankets, pillows, extra mat and layers.
Optional eye mask
Water

Investment:
£25 per person

The yoga is suitable for all abilities. 
Gong baths may not be recommended if you:
Have a pacemaker
Are in the first and last trimester of pregnancy
Have recently had surgery or have metal implants (excluding dental fillings)
Are sensitive to sound, including tinnitus and Meniere’s
Experience some forms of epilepsy and seizures
Have certain mental health issues
