A hands on beach session where children and their parent/carer can explore science, technology, engineering, art and maths through playful investigations and creative projects inspired by the natural world.

Using Shoreham Beach as our classroom, we will encourage children to ask questions, solve problems and follow their curiosity. 
Sessions are designed to be child led, with plenty of opportunities for discussion, discovery and creativity. Rather than focusing on right or wrong answers, we encourage children to think critically, test ideas and develop confidence in their own thinking.

The sessions will take place on Shoreham Beach.  Activities will primarily take place on the beach, although we also have access to our premises just a few minutes' walk away should we need shelter or an indoor workspace.

Wednesday 17th June - Time
Tuesday 23rd June - Plants and Trees 
Tuesday 30th June - Light 
Tuesday 7th July - Air and Breath 

Suitable for children and young people of all ages, with activities adapted to meet a range of interests and abilities.

£18 for a child or young person and their parent/carer.

Please note that this is a family session and parents/carers are required to remain with their child throughout. Parents/carers retain responsibility for their child’s safety and wellbeing at all times during the session.
