- **Event Description**: A new offering of a guided TRE shake at DHY studio for people who have already attended an 'Introduction to TRE' with me or have experienced TRE with another Certified TRE Provider. 

An opportunity to connect, co-regulate and enjoy a group shake experience.

This small group session (max 6 people) will offer you a space to meet new people, feel part of a community, explore, develop and share your experiences of TRE with others and shake it off together. 

£20pp 

All participants must complete an Intake Form. This only needs to be done once before your first session with me.
