Parking is free.Ticket Prices: Adult £20 + booking fee, 16 and under £15 + booking fee, under 5s free.Pulled pork bap with stuffing and apple sauce or vegetarian option served between 12 – 2.30 pm, this is included in the ticket price.Numbers are limited so please book early to avoid disappointment.Tickets will be charged on the day at £23 per adult and £17per child if places are still available.2 route options available, 7 miles and 5 miles.If you would like to see a map of the route this is available on the Tetbury Hospital website in the Events section. Tetburyhospital.co.ukWalkers and runners to start between 10am and 11am.Bar open 12pm onwards for beer and wine purchases, also tea, coffee and home made cakes available to buy.Please go to the registration stand, where you will be given a paper wrist band. ParticipationOnly registered participants may take part in the Hike. Spaces are strictly limited and will be allocated on a first come first served basis.By registering participants other than yourself, you agree to ensure that they are aware of and agree to these terms and conditions.Participants and volunteers are requested to wear appropriate trainers/walking shoes/boots and dress appropriately for the weather conditions.We ask all participants and volunteers to use the litter and recycling facilities available at the halfway point and the start/finish areas and to carry all litter until they can dispose of it responsibly.Those who prefer to do the shorter route please miss out 17 - 22 inclusive i.e. go straight over the bridge between 16 and 23 on the map.2. DogsWalkers may bring their dogs, which must remain on a lead at all times.3. Risk and liabilityParticipants and volunteers will take part in the Hike entirely at their own risk. Tetbury Hospital Trust will not be liable for any injury or loss that might occur as a result of their participation other than in respect of any injury or loss arising as a result of its negligence but nothing in this clause will limit its liability for any other liability that cannot be restricted or excluded by law.Participants of sixteen year olds and under must be accompanied by an adult who will be responsible for their safety, at all times.Participants and volunteers are responsible for ensuring that they and those for whom they are responsible are sufficiently fit and healthy to take part in the hike.Tetbury Hospital Trust will take all reasonable steps to minimise the risk of injury to participants during the Hike, but by taking part in the Hike, all participants will acknowledge that there may be conditions or circumstances beyond its control that can lead to unforeseen risk.4. Personal dataTetbury Hospital Trust will collect personal data relating to participants and volunteers when they register and will use it to organise the Hike. If you provide personal information on behalf of additional applicants, please only provide this if they have confirmed that they are happy for you to do so. In the case of an emergency, we may also need to pass personal details provided by you to the emergency services or health care professionals, subject to the marketing preferences we hold for you, your personal data may also be for the purposes of sending you further information about how you can support the work of Tetbury Hospital Trust. All personal data held will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and Tetbury Hospital Trusts privacy statement, which can be found on the hospital website.5. RefundsThe ticket price is non-refundable. In the event that we need to change the venue and/or date of the Hike because of extreme weather conditions, we will do all we reasonably can to organise an equivalent charity walk as soon as is reasonably practical.
