Somatic Shake Off

Kylie is back again with another New Years Eve special!

Celebrate the end of the year by raising energy with some joyous and uplifting practices. Expect a combination of meditation, yoga and free movement to really invoke feelings of freedom and bliss.

The session will take you for a journey through the body and nervous system, connecting you deeply with the present moment as you shift through phases of high activity and rest. The perfect opportunity to shake off anything that you no longer wish to carry with you into the New Year.

Open to all abilities, come and shake off the year!
