An opportunity to practice an accessible, inspiring and powerful combination of Yoga techniques including dynamic movement, breathwork, sound & stillness - that will provide you the space to let go of the mental stress & noise, challenge your body and mind, and build your vitality through a variety of techniques we’ll play with! The true meaning of Yoga is an integrated state of Mind, Body, Energy, Soul.
This workshop will provide a truly powerful way to get connected and feel into our experience of balance, presence and inner peace. We will warm up with a steady paced Vinyasa Flow to get connected with the body & breath, and then move into Kundalini Yoga inspired Kriyas (a specific exercise or sequence to bring about a certain effect on the subtle energy and the mental state) with conscious breathwork, dynamic movement, mudra, mantra, meditation & relaxation.
Suitable for any level & style of yoga practitioner - including those new to Yoga. The only requirement is to come with an open mind & heart, and a sense of curiosity & play, as you explore this integration of different yoga techniques! It will be impactful, effective, and practical (and fun!) to strengthen your body; enliven, shift & stabilise the subtle vital energy; balance the nervous system; elevate your frequency, connect to your heart, and cut through the negative tendency of the mind - taking it to a more centred, clear & grounded place to prepare for the weekend ahead.
