This is a unique way to relax and let go of all the stress from the week. Leaving you feeling refreshed and restored We will guide you through a restful practice. 

Beginning the session with regulated breathworth to help soothe the nervous system before we gently move the body with the support of the hammock, these movements will help you to let go of tension and ease into restoration. 

You will be invited to lay in the silk hammock and gently sway or if you prefer total stillness, as I guide you through a body scan to drop deeper into rest. Listening to the sounds of the Koshi chimes and the rhythm of the mantra music. In-between the moments of silence you will hear the sound of meditation bells and the smell of aromatherapy oil creating a multi sensory experience.

Workshop includes:
Gentle Pranayama breathing exercises to help with anxiety and stress.
Restorative movement with the support of the hammock. 
Guided body scan. 
Immersed Savasana: Sound of Stillness.

Please bring with you a warm jumper, a cosy blanket and thick socks for comfort. The body temperature tends to drop as we move into deeper states of relaxation.

We also have Aerial Yoga workshop running on the same day.
