Bairns race £3
Adults race £5

To buy a duck, message Inga Odie or the halls Facebook page. 

If any ducks are still available on the day, they will be for sale at the hall between 9:30am -10:30am.

Meet at the Bixter Hall car park to walk to the Tumblin Burn at 11am. Committee members will help direct you to the race location.

Donations of home-bakes would be greatly appreciated and can be dropped off at the Hall from 9:30am or with committee members. 

Bairns race will start at 11:30am.
Adults race to follow.

Come back to the Bixter Hall afterwards, for our Sunday Teas- hot drinks, soup, sandwiches and home-bakes. Adult £7 and Bairn £4 (primary age)

Bairns 1st - £35 Harry’s voucher and large Easter egg
Bairns 2nd - Easter egg and toy

Adult 1st - £100
Adult 2nd - Bottle of Gin 

Monies raised will be split between Hall Funds and The Wastview Day Care Services in memory of Jackie ❤️

Please note, 

Parking - there is limited parking in the Tumblin road.  Do not block the road or Tumblin residents driveways. Parking at the Hall, Health Centre or Bus stop car park is preferred.

Stile - There is a stile located just past the 1st cattle grid (see photo/map). Please use this to gain access into the park. Try to avoid climbing over the land owners fence.  

Bairns - All bairns must be accompanied and supervised by an adult. 

Dogs - The land owners have asked for this to be a dog free event due to livestock in the field. Please, no dogs allowed. 

Rubbish/litter- Remember to leave the burn and surroundings areas as you found it and take any rubbish back to the bins at the Bixter Hall. 

Clothing - Appropriate clothing and footwear is advised for the weather and terrain.

Safety - We have tried to make this event as safe as possible however the hall and committee cannot be held liable for any injuries sustained at this event. Participants attend at their own risk.
