-Healthy Cooking demonstrations by Be Mighty
-Emergency Preparedness Classes from UAMS
-Free Flu Shot Clinic from Baptist Health
-Blood Pressure and Blood Sugar Wellness Checks from Baptist Health
-A raffle for door prizes for health and wellness items
-Free lunches for the first 50 attendees
-Free Tai Chi and Self Defense Classes
