So, whether you are an amateur artist, not an artist at all, or a full blown professional - you will benefit from the nourishment of social safety and a natural setting within which to create new and unexpected artworks.The prompted drawing activity will be guided by myself, Tash Stokes (local Brisbane artist) using the creative prompt cards I developed. These cards, aptly named 'Bad Art Block' are a fantastic tool to help anyone break out of their creative limitations and into the realm of the unknown!We will use these cards to do several rounds of prompted drawings, with plenty of laughter, sharing and reflecting in between. These sessions bring a lightness to a process that is otherwise quite daunting and lonely for the aspiring creative. The social element brings a whole new dimension to what it means to be creative.You are welcome to bring kids over 10 years old along so long as they remain under your supervision - I'm certain they will ADORE this process too.
