If traditional mindfulness meditation has felt out of reach—if sitting still feels more like a struggle than a serene experience—this retreat is designed just for you.
Step into a vibrant, sensory-rich experience that redefines what it means to be present. Through playful, expressive practices that engage the senses of taste, touch, sight, sound, and movement, you’ll discover new ways to anchor yourself in the moment and soothe your nervous system.
Scribble to music. Explore emotion through ambient sound and rhythm. Engage in meditative activities that invite your body to move, your senses to awaken, and your mind to settle.
This retreat offers a fresh approach to mindfulness—one that celebrates creativity, neurodiversity, and the many ways we can find calm without sitting still. Whether you learn best through movement, sound, or hands-on expression, you’ll leave feeling empowered, hopeful, and ready to embrace mindfulness in a way that truly works for you.
