- **Event Description**: Mark your calendars — our annual Christmas Party is coming up Saturday, December 20th at 10:30 AM at the FOP in Sherwood! This is one of our favorite gatherings of the year, and we hope every member can make it.

? Lunch will be provided by The Mean Pig
We’ll have:
• Pulled pork & brisket
• Sweet, mild, and hot BBQ sauces
• Coleslaw
• Baked beans
• Potato salad

Members are welcome to bring an additional side or dessert if you'd like to contribute. (I’ve already called dibs on paper products, so plates/napkins/etc. are covered!)

? Wood Block Exchange Table (Optional)

If you want to participate, simply bring a turning-quality block of wood to place on the table. We’ll draw numbers and call members up to pick from what’s there.
✨ Please bring something someone would actually enjoy turning — not something rescued from the bottom of your woodpile. ?

? Silent Auction Table (Optional)

Members are encouraged to donate an item for the silent auction.
Proceeds go directly back into club funds to support future demos, tools, and events.

Donations can be:
• Turning tools or accessories
• A bowl, pen, ornament, or anything you’ve turned
• Something woodworking-related
• Or even a handmade item that turners would love — for example, I’ve received many compliments this year on my monogrammed woodturning tote, and my mom is making another one to donate for the auction!

Get creative — it doesn’t have to be just tools.

We can’t wait to celebrate another great year of turning with all of you.
