The Sanctuary Within Women’s Circle & Sound Journey

As the season turns inward and the world begins to quiet, we gather in sisterhood — to remember the warmth of connection, the medicine of stillness, and the sanctuary that already lives within us.

The Sanctuary Within is an evening devoted to gentle reclamation: of your body, your boundaries, your softness, your voice. It’s a call to return home — to yourself, to community, and to the deeper rhythm that winter invites.

Our time together will be both reflective and restorative — a weaving of conversation, ritual, sound, and soul. Through journaling, movement, and sound healing, we will soften the noise of daily life and re-attune to what is real beneath it all: the pulse of presence, the power of being witnessed, and the truth that we are never alone.

Guided by Empria King, we’ll gather in circle for grounding, journaling, and gentle conversation around self-nourishment, boundaries, and belonging. From there, Naomi Mailhot will lead us through a deeply immersive sound journey — a meditative experience of vibration and energy that helps dissolve stress, open the heart, and calm the nervous system.

The evening will close with shared tea and snacks, allowing space to integrate, connect, and linger in community before parting ways!

A bit about your hosts:

Empria King is the founder and heart behind Rising Moon Studio, a nature-rooted retreat and event space in Sherwood Park, Alberta. She creates spaces that invite women to slow down, reconnect, and remember who they are beneath the noise of daily life.

Empria’s circles are an extension of her own journey — a devotion to community, embodiment, and authentic expression. Through movement, storytelling, and intentional gathering, she holds space for women to soften, release, and return home to themselves.

Her work is deeply inspired by the seasons, the land, and the belief that when women gather in truth and tenderness, we remember our power and belonging.

Naomi Mailhot is a Certified Transformational Life Coach, Spiritual Guide, and Medium based in Sherwood Park, Alberta. Her work is rooted in lived experience — one of profound healing, self-discovery, and reclamation.

After walking through seasons of loss, addiction, and awakening, Naomi found her way back to the sacred within. Through her own surrender and rebirth, she discovered the alchemy of intuition, faith, and personal choice — learning to align her life with the vibrational truth of who she truly is.

Today, Naomi offers a holistic approach to healing that bridges the practical and the spiritual — guiding others to reconnect with their intuition, reclaim their authenticity, and step into the life their soul came here to live. Her sound journeys are extensions of this work: immersive experiences that open the heart, calm the nervous system, and awaken remembrance.
