With more than 25 years of experience coaching women, Kim specializes in helping women over 40 regain strength, energy, and confidence through menopause-informed fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle strategies.The StrongHER Series combines strength training, hormone-supportive nutrition, stress and sleep support, and accountability coaching to help women reduce inflammation, build muscle, improve metabolism, and feel like themselves again. Kim is passionate about educating women so they understand what is happening in their bodies during midlife and how to support their health in a sustainable way. Kim beleives "You are not broken. Your body changed, and the old rules stopped working."Her mission is simple: to help midlife women reclaim their strength, confidence, and vitality so they can move, live, and age powerfully.Join us as Kim helps you understand why changes in your body are happening and what you can do to support our bosies in this stage of life. The Journey Through Menopause is a monthly women’s community at Balance Wellness, created to support, educate, and connect women at every stage of this transition. We’ll gather one Monday each month at 5:30 PM to share experiences, learn together, and build supportive connections in a welcoming, judgment-free space, which includes knowledgeable professionals such as Kelly Langford from Pause Labs.In addition to our free monthly meet-up, there will be optional workshops, guest speakers, and special events offered throughout the month.
