Join us on Wednesday, March 4th and 18th, 2026 from 2:00–4:00 p.m. for a fun, hands‑on afternoon at South Cooking Lake Seniors, hosted in partnership with the Alberta Pulse Growers and WE Seniors Strathcona.

You’ll learn all about pulses—how to buy them, store them, cook them, and use them in simple, tasty meals. Then roll up your sleeves and build your own mason jar creations.

Everyone goes home with:
• Two delicious meals
• Easy-to-make recipes featuring beans and pulses
• Coffee, muffins, and great conversation
