Herd Medicine is an opportunity to step away from everyday life and spend a day exploring yourself through reflection, the wisdom of the Medicine Wheel, relationship with animals, and time on the land.

WHAT THE DAY LOOKS LIKE

🌿 CONNECT | Circle of Self

We begin in the geodome with Shay of Sensitive Soul Space. Through storytelling, journal prompts and Medicine Wheel teachings, you’ll explore the values, beliefs and patterns that shape how you experience yourself and your relationships.

🐴 EMBODY | Herd Medicine

Next, we’ll explore the connection between our nervous systems and the way animals naturally live through presence, instinct and intuition.

Then we’ll enter the pasture for a guided Animal Archetype experience.

Rather than being assigned an animal or activity, you’ll slow down, follow your curiosity and notice where you’re naturally drawn. You may find yourself connecting with a horse, sitting quietly near the herd, observing relationships between animals, or noticing an interaction unfolding in front of you.

These experiences can bring surprising awareness to our own patterns — boundaries, caretaking, relationships, receiving connection, trust and the ways we move through the world.

We’ll gather afterward to share and explore what we noticed, including the animals’ individual personalities, herd dynamics and energetic interactions.

🌲 INTEGRATE | Let It Land

We’ll end the day with a sound bath or silent forest bathing experience, creating space for rest and allowing everything you’ve experienced to settle.

THIS IS NOT THERAPY OR A HORSE PROGRAM.

There is no riding or horse training, and no previous experience with animals is required. You don’t need to arrive with a particular problem to solve.
