❄️ENTRY DETAILS - Pre-entries open November 10th and close Wednesday, November 19th at 11 PM.
https://saddlebook.com/events/11879 The pre-draw(s) will be posted on Friday morning. If we have under 30 pre-entries and you have entered on two horses, your second horse will be kept out of the draw and will be drawn in the late draw to help give you more time. There is an option to pay cash on-site, must notify before pre-entry deadline to be refunded. Please pre-enter if you are planning to come! All roping entries will be taken on-site at this time.
❄️CAMPING / STALLS - Stall and RV reservations can also be completed on SaddleBook with barrel racing entries or reservations can be sent to us at anytime. We do not anticipate running out of stalls or electric spots, so on-site reservations may also be made at the time of arrival. ALL HORSES STAYING OVERNIGHT MUST BE STALLED.
❄️CONCESSIONS - Yorkville Christian FFA chapter will be on-site providing concessions all weekend. They have many options for the whole family!
❄️SERIES AWARDS - Must attend 2 events prior to the series finale to be eligible for awards. Awards will be given to the top 3 in each division in the Open and to the top 2 in each division of the aged classes. Points will be accumulated per horse/rider combo. Each combo will only be eligible for their highest placing, for example the same horse/rider cannot place in the 2D and the 3D, they would receive their 2D awards and we would go to the next combo in the 3D placings. For the roping events, awards will be given to at least top 2 in each event. The awards orders are still being finalized, and we will share them as they arrive!
❄️EVENT RULES - Barrel Racing is sanctioned with IBRA IL/IA/WI (PENDING) and WPRA Divisional Circuit. IBRA rules will be in place and aged classes will follow their guidelines (age as of 8/1/25). Pole Bending is sanctioned with NPBA (PENDING) and their rules will apply. The Open Ladies Breakaway is sanctioned with WPRA Divisional Circuit and all rules will apply. The bell collar catch rule will also apply to Open 3D breakaway. Team Roping will be 6-head guaranteed. The flaggers call will be the final decision throughout the roping.
