As summer begins to soften and the days slowly grow shorter, join us for a morning dedicated to slowing down, reconnecting, and savoring the present. Together, we'll take a pause from busy schedules and create space to simply be—to breathe deeply, move intentionally, and appreciate the beauty that surrounds us.

Led by Heather Vassar, this restorative experience begins with a guided meditation and sound bath to quiet the mind, relax the body, and bring us fully into the present moment. From there, we'll ease into a gentle yoga practice, moving with intention and gratitude as we celebrate the season we're in.

Afterward, we'll gather around the table for a fresh, seasonal brunch inspired by the abundance of late summer.

Peach & Blueberry Fruit Salad with Fresh Mint
