Come and carve out time to make. Join this shibori scarf workshop where you will be introduced to stitched shibori and discover how to make your own exciting and individual shibori fabric patterns all inspired by designs in nature. If you don’t yet know about shibori then sophisticated tie-dye is a good way to explain the process!

You will be provided with a plain dyed scarf to which you will add your own dyed and stitched shibori fabrics. These pieces will include the possibility of adding an initial or a short word created with shibori. Finally embellish and decorate them with embroidery stitch. 
Annabel has distilled my many years of working with shibori to make a fun day of creativity and discovery. You will be given lots of guidance and encouragement through the different processes of shibori.
"My focus is to help participants bring to life images from the natural world in stitched shibori. Additionally, there will be lots of examples of my textiles to help inspire everyone. Plus, many templates and beautiful pattern ideas to guide and stimulate you."
