What to expect:
Gentle asana resting over bolsters in a positive, welcoming environment.
Doors open 10 mins prior to session and close when session begins to maintain a calm environment.
Jo sets up the room prior sessions with the required number of places to reduce shuffling and interrupting other participants.
You are welcome to bring your own mat or use the ones provided.
Sessions begin with a warm up consisting of a mindfulness practice, breathing or pranayama and movement. Session concludes with yoga nidra to allow the benefits of the session to absorb into the body.
What to bring:
Wear comfortable clothes.
Have an empty belly - avoid meals 2 hours prior to the session.
A mat if you would like to have double mats or prefer your own.
