Since January 2024, New Moon Sanctuary has been a weekly gathering where people come together to pause, reflect, and remember what is sacred. We're excited to begin this next chapter at The Active Heroes Pavilion!

Facilitated by Dr. Angela Faith and her husband, Bradley Wass, New Moon Sanctuary is open to people of all beliefs and backgrounds. We gather in partnership with Active Heroes, serving veterans, active-duty service members, their families, and the broader community.

We're excited to begin gathering at The Pavilion on the beautiful 145-acre Active Heroes campus, surrounded by peaceful woods, open fields, and the quiet beauty of nature. If you're able, consider arriving a few minutes early to enjoy the grounds before we gather.  You are welcome to arrive as early as 10:00 am, and we will begin at 10:30 am.

Each Sunday may include:

Drumming and singing
Guided meditation
Thoughtful reflections by Dr. Angela Faith
Gentle ceremony and seasonal practices
Homemade vegetarian soup and freshly baked sourdough bread following the gathering

You're welcome to participate in the drumming or simply listen. A limited number of drums and rattles are available to borrow, or you're welcome to bring your own.

Everything we offer is an invitation, never an expectation.

Donations are gratefully accepted and help support the continued growth of New Moon Sanctuary. Through our partnership with Active Heroes, veterans and active-duty service members are our guests.
