Yoga & Acupuncture

Through nurturing yoga postures we fully embrace the cooling season. We’ll open our lungs, chest and throat with the use of props in assisted yin & restorative yoga postures.

In closing our bodies will be ready to receive acupuncture points geared towards, relaxation, letting go and savoring what really matters.

Join Kimber Hyatt Bowen and Julie Sutton, LA.c, licensed acupuncturist, as they guide you through this restoring experience.
