Nutrcrackers & Namaste: A kids Yoga & art workshop

This two hour event is a chance to drop off the kids while you do a little shopping and have a little alone time. Check out the lovely shops in Shepherdstown, have a coffee and then pick up the kids with their handmade, wrapped gift for a loved one.

Kids five and up will love this festive, holiday inspired workshop that includes yoga and crafting.

Workshop info:
- two hour event
- for children 5 and up
- includes breathwork, mindfulness tools and yoga
- kids will make a macrame ornament and wrap it, ready to gift!
