Full Moon Sound Healing

Each month we honor the full moon through a sound healing and meditation practice designed to focus on our connection to the lunar cycle.

Sound healings support emotional, physical and mental well-being through sound and vibrations created with crystal bowls tuned to the frequency of each chakra. Sound healing reduces anxiety and blood pressure while promoting healthier sleep.

Attendees are encouraged to wear comfy clothes and a bottle of water for this restorative practice. $35 per person.
