For dogs 15 weeks and older with all their required puppy shots, this is the foundation class for obedience and for investing in a well-behaved pet for the rest of its life. It covers walking on a leash without pulling, coming to you when called, staying when told to sit or lie down, learning not to bark at other people, allowing a stranger to touch and pet you without jumping up on them, and learning to pay attention in a classroom setting.

You come with your dog each week to learn how to train it. Classes last 60 minutes each. You will have homework/practice to do during the week.
Once you start a class, there are no refunds.
Classes fill quickly and on a first-come, first-served basis.

Bring whatever leash you have for your dog and any collar you may own that fits. We carry collars suitable for any dog. Bring lots of pea-sized soft treats. Chicken, hot dogs, cheese, Cheerios, or soft dog treats cut into small pieces work well. Please arrive 15 minutes early for your class. Please don’t feed your dog at least two hours before class.
