This class will meet on Wednesday evenings from 6 to 7 p.m. at the Civic Center. This class is open to all levels, and beginners are highly encouraged to sign up!

We lock the front door to the civic center at 6 pm. Please arrive before class start time to set up. We have yoga mats available for use during class or bring your own yoga props. 

Registration deadline is January 6th, 2026 on the Parks and Recreation Department website. 9 people minimum to hold the session.
