Whether you're completely new to belly dance or returning after a long break, Belly Zen dance class on Thursdays is for you! 

You will learn (or revisit) the essential foundations of Raqs Sharqi, the classical art form known as belly dance.

We will explore posture, foundation movements, musicality, and cultural context in a supportive and welcoming space.

No previous dance experience is necessary, only a curiosity, a willingness to move, and a body to embrace the senseual spirit & passion that comes with dancing.

Join us to discover the joy and depth of this beautiful Ancient Egyptian Art!

About Leila Lisa 
Leila has been performing worldwide for the past 3 decades with highlights in Egypt, Morocco and Fiji! She was resident dancer at Planet Bollywood in Double Bay for 4 years & known around Wollongong as the lovely Leila. 

Leila has been teaching Bellydance & Bollywood for 30 years & enjoys watching women embrace their natural beauty; discover their own unique qualities & develop their talents. 

To make it easy for women to achieve a new weekly routine we are offering 4 week blocks so you can join us anytime throughout the term.
