Preparation for Childbirth Class

Join us for a 2.5-hour childbirth preparation class designed to give you a helpful overview of what to expect during labor, delivery, and the early postpartum period—for both you and your baby—at the MHP Maternity Care Unit. This class is ideal for those in their third trimester and includes time for open Q&A with our knowledgeable team.

Class Details:
- Length: 2.5 hours
- Cost: Free
- Schedule: Offered every other month
- Format: Hybrid – attend in person or join us online (please indicate your preference in the registration comments)
- Registration: One registration per couple; pre-registration is required due to limited class size

What to Bring:
- Questions you may have about labor, delivery, or postpartum care
- Snacks and drinks if you'd like
- Comfortable clothing

If you're unable to attend in person or have questions about virtual options, please contact our perinatal educator at 317-421-1986. You may also request the classroom book at one of your OB appointments if you'd prefer self-paced learning.
