*This is a private event for MCMS Staff, parents, caregivers etc. It is not open to the public.*
🎓Join us for a Paint Party at MCMS to support the 8th Grade Graduation Celebration hosted by Kentucky Kate Art!
Enjoy a fun, relaxing evening of creativity while supporting the MCMS 8th Grade Class!
🗓Monday, March 23rd, 6:00 PM – 8:30 PM (Doors open at 5:30 PM)
📍 Held at MCM Middle School
🎟 Ticket Required – $45 per person (see flyer from your student)
Your ticket includes:
✔️ Choice of 10 sign options (please select your design at checkout--see KY Kate Art MCMS Facebook Event page for sign images)
✔️ All painting materials & step-by-step instruction
✔️ Door prize entries
✔️ A fun, creative night out with friends supporting a great group of students!

Katie Adams of Kentucky Kate Art is a Shelby County mom of four who has hosted over 125 paint events across our community! She provides all materials, instruction, tips, and encouragement—you just come ready to relax and create.

PAINT EVENT POLICY INFO:
-SIGNS: Attendees receive all materials including pre-lined wood sign, wire and optional bow to attach. Once sealed the sign can be used indoors or out for years to come! (Sealant is not applied at events due to the odor.) *Pictures are for inspirational purposes only, colors/ ribbons may vary due to availability.
-CONTACT INFO: Please enter correct email address for yourself and any attendee(s) you purchase seats for. This is the only method of communication utilized aside from social media.
-SIGN SELECTION: Please enter your sign selection for “YOU PICK” events upon checkout. If sign selection is not entered into EventBrite, KKA will select & prepare an option for you.
-AGE POLICY: This event is adults only.
-FOOD/DRINKS: Please note food & drink are not included in your ticket. You may bring in a beverage of choice! Please no large items (like cake/pies, pizza, trays of food) as space is limited and needed for creating!
Alcohol is not permitted at KKA events.
-SEATING: If meeting a friend(s) please email me the NAME(S) so I can do my best to seat you together. Space is limited. Please do not carry in large items that infringe upon the space of fellow attendees.
-ATTENDANCE: No unregistered guests, pets, children, strollers or infants.
-NO REFUNDS: Only events cancelled by KKA will be refunded.
-EVENT TIME: We start painting at the scheduled start time. Please arrive 15 minutes prior so you have the full 2 1/2 hours to paint your masterpiece. Katie will provide an introduction along with basic instructions at the beginning of the event.
