This group is open to CKD patients, family members, caregivers, dialysis patients, and transplant patients. We will provide you with support, friendship, great listeners, and peers facing similar issues in their own kidney journey. You do not have to be a patient at MHP to join us, we welcome all to take advantage of this great opportunity!

Who: Open to all affected by Chronic Kidney Disease, including:
- CKD patients
- Dialysis patients
- Transplant recipients
- Family members and caregivers

When: Last Tuesday of each month

Time: 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Where: Health Pavilion Conference Room

What to Expect:
- Peer support and shared experiences
- Encouragement and friendship
- A welcoming space to listen and be heard
- No need to be an MHP patient – everyone is welcome!
