*This group will provide a safe confidential space, while learning how to use new tools that will support personal growth. All are welcome to join us. At each group, participants will be provided a lunch and a gift that will support their recovery and healing process.*

March 27 - Empowering Yourself
April 24- Letting Go of Shame and Guilt
May 22-Handling Stress and Anxiety
June 26- Releasing Anger
July 24 - Changing How You Talk to Yourself
August 28 - Healthy Relationships
September 18 - Moving on to Health Relationships

Support groups will meet for lunch
at 11:30 a.m. and the group starts at 12:00 p.m.

so that staff can adequately accommodate all participants.
