Cody is a local 34-year-old father of two young boys who was involved in a serious four-wheeler accident that caused a severe spinal injury and left him paralyzed. After spending nearly 48 hours alone in a field before being found by search and rescue, Cody was life-flighted to a Louisville hospital and is now beginning an extensive rehabilitation process.

As Cody adjusts to daily life, he will need significant medical equipment and home modifications, including mobility equipment, an electric wheelchair, specialized bedding, bathroom equipment, a stairlift, and other supportive care. Funds raised will help his family with these needs, ongoing rehabilitation, and extensive medical expenses.

Through Domino's Dine N' Donate program, Domino's donates fifteen percent of sales above the normal daily average plus five percent of every sale that day, with no code required. Every carryout and delivery order placed on October 9th will contribute to supporting Cody and his family. This model allows Domino's to maximize support for each fundraiser while continuing to give back consistently throughout the year to local families, schools, nonprofits, and community organizations.
