The meat will come from trusted local producers who raise animals humanely and sustainably. Even the flowers adorning the tables trace their roots back to local pollinator-friendly fields.
This farm-to-table approach means shorter journeys from soil to supper, so you’ll taste the difference: brighter flavors, superior freshness, and maximum nutritional value. Our current menu includes the following:
Appetizers

Market Garden Salad with Micro Greens

Smoked brisket, pork medallion, country green beans with potatoes, honey glazed carrots, sweet corn, and dinner rolls.

Peach cobbler, chocolate zucchini cake, & ice cream 

We are thrilled to be partnering with No Bad Days Farm, Durbin Meats, and other local farms! 

Tickets will go on sale Monday, May 18th. Only 50 tickets will be sold!!! Ticket price is $60. Link to purchase the tickets will be available starting at 8 am on Monday, 18th. Link will be posted on this event page. Tickets will be non-refundable but can be transferred.
