Better Breathers Support Group

Breathe easier with support, knowledge, and community.
Better Breathers is a free support group for individuals living with chronic lung disease, as well as their families and caregivers. This welcoming group provides education, encouragement, and connection for anyone affected by respiratory conditions.

Each meeting features guest speakers—local healthcare professionals—who share valuable information on topics like medications, treatments, and therapies. It’s also a great opportunity to socialize, ask questions, and learn how to better manage lung health in everyday life.

Meetings are held in the Health Pavilion Conference Room at MHP Medical Center (Entrance 3).
