5:30 PM- Holiday shopping tables open
5:45 PM- Silent auction and Raffle basket begins
6:00-6:30 PM- Meet and greet with Rupert
7:00 PM- Dinner begins
8:00 PM- Program begins
8:45 PM- Live Auction
9:15 PM- Silent Auction ends/ Raffle winner announced
9:30 PM- DJ Spinning 
10:15 PM- Final call
