Our class will be instructed by Cindy, owner of Cigi Cakes out of Mansfield. Cindy has been baking and decorating cakes for 20 years.  It's been a family business and when her mom retired 10 years ago, Cindy took the lead and has been making custom cakes for all events. Wedding cakes are her favorite to design.
