Following the film, stay for a conversation with The Broad Riverkeeper, David Caldwell, & Foothills Conservancy's Land Protection team as we explore the importance of protecting our waterways and share more about an exciting new project underway in Shelby: a collaborative effort between Foothills Conservancy and Broad Riverkeeper to create new public river access along the Broad River.

We'll talk about how land conservation directly impacts water quality, share information about local efforts to protect and steward the Broad River.  Attendees will get an inside look at a new community-focused river access project and have the opportunity to connect with fellow community members who care about clean water and the future of our region

This documentary film screening at Don Gibson Theatre is presented in partnership with MountainTrue and Broad Riverkeeper.  This evening celebrates what’s possible when we work together to protect the places we all love.
