With Elemental Rhythm breathwork we breathe to the beat of music, using varying paces of deep diaphragmatic breath, pranayama, and breath holds to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, reduce CO2 in the blood, stimulate the vagus nerve, and activate DMT in brain. This can create non-ordinary states of consciousness, similar to that of psychedelics, which ignite intense self exploration, connection, and healing from the inside out.
