Every year, thousands of CrossFitters around the world get the chance to test their fitness and measure their progress.

This is NOT a win-or-lose event.
It’s not about making it to the CrossFit Games (for most of us mortals ?).

The Open is about:
	•	Redefining goals
	•	Testing your personal limits
	•	Learning more about yourself
	•	Having fun with a little friendly competition

EVERY Edge member should do the Open.
It only costs a few bucks, and you’ll learn a ton about yourself in the process.

There are Rx and Scaled divisions, so there truly is something for everyone.
If you did the Open last year, it becomes your benchmark — a chance to see exactly how far you’ve come.

The Open is a blast, and it shows you what you’re really made of.

Every single week:
	•	Someone does something they didn’t think was possible
	•	Someone gets motivated by a member they barely knew before
	•	The gym energy goes through the roof

And it keeps everyone consistent and locked in for the next two months.
It’s that extra little PUSH we all need.

? The Edge Team Competition

We’ll also be running an in-house team competition as part of the Open.
	•	Edge members only
	•	Teams are just for fun
	•	Adds accountability, energy, and a little extra motivation
	•	No pressure — just another layer of excitement during the Open

How it works at Edge:
	•	Fridays = Open WOD in all classes
	•	Friday Night Lights every week — come to watch, cheer, or throw down
	•	Additional times will be available to complete the workout if needed
