A U.S. veteran and Texas A&M graduate, Blake is currently finishing a degree in Agroecology at the University of Vermont.Lindsey Goldberg is co-owner of Madcap Mushrooms and a professional pastry chef. A Le Cordon Bleu graduate, Lindsey has worked in fine pastry and bread for years and currently bakes at O’Bread Bakery at Shelburne Farms.
