Beginner 4 Week course in Taoist Exercise, including Tai Chi, Breathing, Movement, Meditation and Soft Kung Fu.
Exercises to Cover Yin & Yang for Balance and Harmony.
Open to adults of all ages and abilities.
Course costs £30 for four classes, over four weeks.
Each session lasts 1 hour and after the four week course you are welcome to keep attending the weekly class.
