- **Event Description**: On this International Women's Day you are warmly invited into a sacred women’s circle – a space to slow down, reconnect, and honour the wisdom of your womb and womanhood. Together we will gather to celebrate, heal and remember.

What to expect
*Gentle Womb Focused Yoga* - Experience a gentle yoga flow designed to soften the body and ground your nervous system.  The invitation of the yoga practice is to honour the wisdom of our womb space as the source of creation and ancient wisdom. 

*Sacred Cacao* - This ancient plant medicine opens our hearts and deepens our connection allowing us to remember who we truly are.

*13th Rite of the Womb* - a powerful healing and blessing passed down from the lineage of Q’ero women of Peru, releasing pain, trauma and ancestral wounds held within the womb.

*Sharing Circle* - a safe nurturing space for sharing will be offered, however sacred silence will be honoured for those who choose it.  

No prior experience with yoga, ceremony or motherhood is required – just an open heart and a willingness to receive.

•	Spaces are limited to maintain a safe and intimate circle

Come as you are, leave feeling nourished, empowered and deeply connected to yourself and to the collective feminine.
