2026: How to Craft a Winning Season!

Come join us at the Bradbury Makers' Shed for an exciting event where you can meet together with some of my coached athletes to make plans for the year ahead. We will first look at some of the principles behind, and different coaching philosophies of, aerobic and metabolic development and then think about how this might fit in with your own goals and planning for the year ahead. Train, don't strain!

Tickets are free for my coached athletes and the ticket price will cover the cost of the room, with the funds going to Age UK.
