Faith - a folk opera

Faith is an original opera by Shoals native Jeremy Smith, debuting on the Ritz Stage with the Tennessee Valley Art Association. Set in a remote Appalachian church, it blends operatic drama with Southern gospel and Appalachian folk traditions to tell a haunting Southern Gothic story of devotion, obsession, and ruin.
