No art experience needed, only a willingness to sit with what is present.About MaelaMaela is a Jungian Art Psychotherapist (HCPC-registered) and visionary artist. She has a lifelong practice of using art for self-discovery and holds a special interest in transpersonal art therapy and spiritual care. She has experience working across CAMHS, end-of-life and bereavement services, wellness retreats, and diverse community settings. Her work is shaped by her own lived experience of death and bereavement, which deeply informs the way she holds space for grief.Her practice is heart-led, weaving Jungian depth psychology, indigenous wisdom, and her Sufi cross-cultural background. She holds space for art as a pathway to healing, transformation, and alchemy.
