Using prose excerpts, poetry, images and other prompts, this group invites you to explore your inner and outer worlds through writing. Sharing your writing is always optional but the invitation is there to share and discuss your writing or discoveries with others.The aim of the workshop is to enable participants to enhance their well-being through emotional expression and illumination. Why not make a date with yourself on the first Thursday of the month, to enhance your sense of well-being and self-connection through writing?What you will need: if you have a favourite notepad you like to write in, please bring it, but paper and pens are provided.Please note: these workshops are for adults aged 18 and over.
