Screen Printing Workshop - Print Your Own T-Shirts or Tote Bags

In this workshop, you’ll learn how to print your own one-colour design onto t-shirts or tote bags on our printing carousel, while gaining insight of how we use this craft to empower vulnerable adults through our supported employment programme.

This is a fun, beginner-friendly session where you’ll explore every stage of the screen printing process, mix your own colours, and take home two custom-printed items you’ve made yourself.

What You’ll Get Up To

💡 Expose your own pre-coated screen and watch your artwork come to life
🎨 Choose your ink colours and mix your perfect shade while screens dry
🖼️ Set up your screen on our carousel and prepare it for printing
👕 Print your design onto two organic cotton items; choose from white or raw T-shirts and tote bags (two included, extras £5 each)
⭐ You will also get the opportunity to hand screen print out ‘Printing Positive Change’ design onto A4 paper!

All materials and guidance provided, no experience necessary!

Artwork & Preparation
To make sure everything’s ready on the day, we’ll need your one-colour design ahead of time (this can be a graphic or a photograph) and we’ll help you prepare it so it’s perfect for print. You’ll also get to mix your own ink colour, creating a truly personal result.

Workshop Details

Printed by Us Workshop Booking Policy

Booking and Payment

• All bookings must be made in advance via Eventbrite.
• Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.

Minimum Participants

• A workshop will run with a minimum of 4 participants.
• If fewer than 4 participants are booked, the session may be rescheduled.

Cancellation by Participants

• No refunds are available for tickets purchased.
• If you are unable to attend, your ticket can be transferred to another workshop date of your choice, subject to availability.

Cancellation by Printed by Us

• In the event that we need to cancel a workshop, participants will be notified at least 24 hours in advance.
• Your ticket will then be moved to a later date that suits you.

Workshop Inclusions

• All materials, screens, inks, and two organic cotton items (T-shirts or tote bags) are included in the ticket price.
• Additional items can be purchased at £5 each.

Health and Safety

• Workshops are fully supervised, and all materials are non-toxic.
• Participants are asked to follow safety guidance provided by the Printed by Us team.
