Sound Bath (6th June 2025)

Come and join me at Eastchurch Village Hall for an evening of relaxation and sound to end of the week.

We will settle down and go on a short guided meditation before we let the sounds of crystal bowls, frequency tubes, chimes and other instruments guide us into peace, calm and contentment as we send out love and compassion across the globe

Designed to help promote relaxation with space to share afterwards.

Please bring a mat, blanket, cushion and anything else you need to make sure you are comfortable for the sound journey. I have a limited number of yoga mats to borrow.
